We are looking for a "New Product Introduction Specialist" to reinforce our New Product Project Team who will join our team at Technical Coordination Group Manager in Aluminum Profile Deputy General Manager.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related Engineering Degree,
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Quality, Production, Project engineering/management experience is an asset,
  • Having the knowledge of Automotive Quality (VDA PPF, PPAP, APQP, ISO TS 16949, FMEA, Control Plans,)
  • Knowledge of various quality system methodologies 8D, Lean, 5 Why’s, Pareto Analysis, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, team worker as well as a team leader
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Advanced computer skills; Excellent user of MS Office programs,
  • Self motivated, positive and energetic, creative, eager to learn continuously,
  • Adding value to our organization
  • No restriction to travel.

Job description:

  • Executing technical evaluations and approvals according to customer demands.
  • Determinate project necessities and schedule by studying project plan and specifications by calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements.
  • Organizing specific required tools, gauges design.
  • Designing and preparation of pre-production and ensure the compliance to customer requirements.
  • Conduct risk analysis and determine quality control points before prototype production.
  • Confirm product performance by designing and conducting tests.
  • Participating in clients / contractor meetings for resolving issues.
  • Prepare the quality system documentation and communication with customer.
  • Support the production start-up, quality issues (8D-NCR).
  • Analyzing the efficiency of project and provide technical guidance.
