We are in search for a "New Project Export Area Manager – MENA" for our Levent office in Istanbul.
Job Description
· Develop and implement sales strategy in order to realize & maximize export sales targets
· Develop and execute long term and short term actions plan to achieve strategy in distribution, pricing, and merchandising
· Sign new contracts to create incremental sales
· Follow up and improve expansion of make up sales displays, mono brand stores, shop in shop and kiosks in territory
· Develop close partner relationships to ensure collaborative focus on accelerating commercial and sales timelines
· Analyze market data, trends, competition and opportunities, and make recommendations to Marketing and New Product Development teams
· Identify, handle, and resolve client demands, concerns and complaints
· Train distributor sales representatives on products and work with them to expand product penetration
· Co-coordinating with accounts and production on order shipments and invoicing
· Liaising on a daily basis with the logistics team to ensure the smooth delivery of goods
· Budgeting and forecasting for the territory and managing the export budget of each country
· Travel independently at customer locations to increase penetration and audit existing point of sales
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree (preferable in International Trade or similar)
· Min 5 years experience in FMCG or color cosmetics
· Excellent written and verbal Turkish and English communication skills
· Preferably Arabic or/and French native speaker
· Frequent travel to various countries in MENA region
· Already having a work or residence permit in Turkey (for non-Turkish candidates)
