QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Relevant degree from a university in Hospitality & Tourism or Business Administration,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience from similar establishments and Front Office operations is advantageous including supervisory and organisational skills,
  • including a natural positive “Yes I Can” attitude towards providing excellent service,
  • Advance level of English, both written and spoken is a must,further languages are preferable,
  • Advanced MS Office skills,
  • Available to work nights and weekends,
  • Well presented, flexible, excellent leadership skills, inter-personal and communication skills,
  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills are required,
  • Result and solution-oriented management style,

  • High levels of motivation, enthusiasm and an innovative approach,
  • Able to motivate, energise and maintain a positive attitude in themselves and their colleagues,
  • Outgoing, ability to work well in a dynamic environment,
  • Must be a team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude, lateral thinker and eager problem solver,
  • Energetic, detail-oriented, self-motivated and multitasking skills
  • Able to provide efficient, prompt, trouble free, courteous service and security to guests in line with the hotel’s and the Radisson Hotel Group’s corporate guidelines and service concepts
