Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop backend applications and improve the quality of our system architecture

• Refine and tune integrations between applications

• Analyse and resolve technical and application problems

• Deploy new releases that work

• Bring and deliver new technology and ideas to the table

Requirements

• Minimum 3-year experience in Backend Developing

• Experienced in end-to-end backend project planning and development processes

• Extensive experience delivering production code for backend services in an Agile Team

• Extensive experience with REST APIs

• Experienced with Node.js (Express, Socket.IO, Mocha)

• Experienced with Relational Databases

• Experienced with Redis and caching strategies

• Experienced working with Git version control system, including branching and merging strategies

• Experienced with distributed systems (microservice architecture, event sourcing)

Nice to have

• Experience with JAVA is an advantage

• Experience with Elasticsearch, and/or Rabbit MQ

• Experience with CI/CD
