QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking for a NPP Buyer whom will be a part of our organization. Please apply with an English CV .

- Establish yearly purchasing budget plan + cost reduction plan for free spend material for plant Gebze.
- Maintain the processes to be compliant with the global Procedures in Purchasing department to meet IATF 16949 requirements
- Review and supervise Purchase order placement process to meet TI and legal requirements of TI Fluid Systems
- Fulfill goals and objectives set up on yearly bases by direct superior.
- Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers for the plant(s)
- 1/ Capital expenditure up to 50K€
- 2/ Non Productive Material management for tank systems
- Initiate sourcing committees for local requirements
- Setup local Commodity Strategy targeting both cost- and supplier reduction
- Support implementation of any European/Global Strategy
- Cost saving vs budget
- NPM saving
- Supplier reduction vs budget
- Maintenance of master data
- Keeping statistics and evaluations and creation of monthly Activity-Reports
- Support in preparations to Audits
- The jobholder should be proactive in enhancing the personal skills through training and working practices.
