What You’ll Do

  • Covering Turkey and Overseas operations;
  • Operational Processes of Marketing:
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Follow up of branding practices in restaurants, making new suggestions suitable for brand positioning
  • Determine and prepare the needs on a point basis by working in coordination with the restaurant operation teams
  • Execute the internal approval and procedures
  • Responsible for the agency and supplier communication, tracking of produced materials


Digital ecosystem

  • Managing the digital menu, Google, Facebook pages
  • Bringing social media content suggestions
  • Contributing to the development of channel strategies
  • Building strong collaborative relationships with key internal and external teams to ensure positive and productive team environments
  • Understanding, anticipating, and strategically acting on industry /global trends and competitor activity
  • Presenting and preparing solid recommendations, information, and reports, and taking stance on key marketing strategies


What We are Looking for

  • University degree (preferably Business Administration, Economics)
  • At least 15 years of brand management experience in either agency company, event marketing firm, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or fashion sector, preferably in an international setting
  • Following the agenda, trends, social media platforms, being aware of global trends
  • Fluency in English both writing and speaking
  • Advanced use of MS Office Programs
  • Passionate for working in a dynamic environment
  • Ready to work flexible hours due to the nature of F&B industry
