Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Human Resources department
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle a large volume of work and work at a fast pace in a high-pressure environment
- Good knowledge about MS Office programs especially in MS Excel
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
Description
- Carry out and support end to end HR activities for the branches
- Support and contribute development of the procedures and ensure that procedures remain up to date and seeks out process improvements
- Administer the disciplinary processes based on the labor laws if needed
- Prepare daily & monthly & yearly reports to the management based on the HR metrics that should be requested
- Assist with the general day-to-day operation of the HR department
- Assist with personnel attendance control system and timesheet tracking
- Assist employees with employment benefits, payroll and onboarding process
- Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management
- Weekly filing of employee & company files to ensure confidentiality & compliancy
