QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or in Computer Science.
- General Knowledge and Minimum 3 years experience about SAP Logistics Modules such as MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, EWM,
- Provide First level of SAP End-User Support in Logistics Modules.
- Very good teamwork and communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees and management,
- Ability to work calmly and professionally in high pressure situations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsiveto project and business needs.
- Must be open to travel abroad.
Job Description:
- To ensure coordination and efficient communication between the relevant odelo BusinessDepartments and central Information Technologydepartment located in Turkey during SAPProject implementation and SAP troubleshooting processes,
- Track the statuses and progression of existing requests through IT Ticketing System and in form requesters about the details.
- Provide First level of SAP End-User Support in Logistics Modules.
