QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Provide administrative and secretarial support for all departments, as well as assist the senior Executives
- Arrange international and domestic travel itinerary and hotel bookings; review, confirm and record the related invoices in the expense system at the end of each month
- Receives cargo and hands to the related employees, tracks the invoice of cargo according to the departments, and tracks the incoming lists
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department managers
- Maintains a safe and clean office and keeps meeting rooms clean and tidy, supports the meeting organizations with the availability of the rooms, etc.
- Organize small-scale team events and larger scale department/ company-wide events as required
- Organize company or department meetings
- Prepare materials for meetings
- Purchases general office consumption materials from outside of the office
- Manage weekly/monthly related administrative reporting
- Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant or other secretarial/administrative experience preferably in a multinational company
- Fluent in English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills and the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail

- Able to work efficiently and accurately
