QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in a related fields,
· Preferably at least 4 years of experience as an Assistant
· Fluency in English both verbal and written
· Excellent proficiency in MS Office Programs (esp. Excel, PPT)
· Successful in effective communication and collaboration,
· Self-motivated and a good team player,
· Strong ability research and follow up, attention to detail and flawless working approach skills,
· Able to work within a fast paced work environment,

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Perform general office duties such as archiving, maintaining records, managing database systems operations, answering phone calls.
· Manage procurement processes for office needs
· Following the processes in the procurement of services and supplies and to communicate with the vendors.
· Maintain the office and arrange necessary repairs as well
· Managing communication activities
· Manage all office needs supplier process and following stock control (offering, renew contract etc.)
· Support and report Social Responsibility projects
· Manage and report, lunch cards, road taxes etc
· Reporting ad hoc requests regarding office management
· Organizing and coordinating the General Manager’ s daily business activities,
· Preparing of travel documents, organizing accommodation and transportation,
· Scheduling meetings, events and appointments,
· Preparing the reports of the projects, making the analyzes and sharing them with the relevant people,
· Participating in the meetings held by the General Manager and sharing the meeting notes,
· Representing the company's values and corporate approach,
· Greeting and guiding of visitors,
