JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for smooth functioning of front desk counter, giving a prompt and proper service to guests and coordinates with the front office departments,

Ensuring that the guests depart the hotel with a positive impression of hotel service,

Ensuring front desk work area is kept clean and in an orderly state at all time,

Ensure that both the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments,

Communicates with the other sections in the front office department,

Be able to handle the cash exchange,

Must attend to work in the complete uniforms which is in perfect condition, neat appearance and grooming,

Must attend daily line-up, front office’s meeting and hotel’s training,

Maintain professional image while on duty with well grooming hygiene and prescribed uniform.
