We are looking for the “Online Sales and Operations Specialist” in our growing organization.
Qualifications
- B.A. or B.Sc. degree from a reputable university
- At least 5 year of experience
- Advanced English knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Result oriented
- Developed job-following and finalizing skills, can take initiative
- Take a pace in intense work pressure
Job Description:
- To support preparation, control and reporting of budgets
- Collecting the necessary information for the creation of budgets
- To support the preparation of monthly routine reports
- To follow the brand's budget process
- Tracking logistics processes from order to shipment
- Ensuring and reporting on all functions of B2C operations
- Initiate, implement and control the work in order to achieve sales targets
- Taking necessary actions to improve customer relations
- Apply the customer oriented design and e-commerce strategies in the best way
