QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree.
• Excellent organization, planning interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken language skills in English.
• Experience in Tourism industry.
• Being a good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications is important.
• Flexibility on working hours if needed overtime especially during summer season.
• Having no military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Act as a liaison between the office and the field staff.
• Responsible for delivery of on ground services (transfers, excursions, activities) to clients in country.
• Planning tour breakdowns.
• Checking all elements of every tour prior to client arrival.
• Distributing tours to drivers and escorts.
• Ensuring that the operation is completed in an excellent manner.
• Highest level of guest satisfaction.
NOTE
• Office Working Hours: Monday to Friday Flexible
Preferred Candidate:
Years of Experience: Between 1-3 years of experience
Military Status: Completed, Exempt, Delayed
Level of education: Associate Degree (Graduate), Bachelor’s (Graduate)
