QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate students (preferably Engineering 3rd and 4th grade)
- Who has a compulsory internship
- Ability to work at least 3-4 days a week
- With a good level of knowledge of English
- Good level of knowledge MS Office programs
- Able to adapt to teamwork
- Strong communication and organizational ability
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Processing of customer and service team spares orders
- Follow up of calibration tools
- Administration of adhoc service and spare parts requests for customers including quotes and invoicing
- Administration and coordination of all planned maintenance activities with customers and service team
- Administration of Field Change Orders ensuring distribution to service engineers with all appropriate documentation.
- Ensure all service reports are submitted and reviewed within determined timelines.
- Ensure technical enquiries and escalations are forwarded to the appropriate are within the department
