QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Searching for teammates to be employed in the assistance department to provide 24/7 medical, travel and roadside assistance services to the clients of international insurance companies who traveling to Turkey

• Prompt answer to incoming requests and taking action
  
• Providing the most suitable service with countrywide providers in time
• Follow-up the procedure keeping the clients updated with information flow via mail and phone
• Possibility of home office working at periodically
  

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
• Preferably French/Arabic/Russian as the second language
  
• For foreigner candidates, Turkish must be fluent as well
• Able to work on a shift-based schedule
• Interested in assistance sector and medical tourism,
• Self- Motivated,
• Multi-Tasked,
• Communicative,
• Detail & Result-Oriented,
