3B Sistem - Rent 'n Connect is a fast growing start up company in travel technology industry providing customer facing solutions to hotels, tour operators and car rental companies. We are now looking for teammates to join our dynamic and young team to support our growth further. Successful interns will have the opportunity to secure permanent contracts. As the company grows the successful incumbents will also grow and have an exciting opportunity to expand his / her career.

We are looking for interns to work for the following departments:

- Operations / Customer Support Interns

Follow up with customer orders
Respond to customer emails, manage information flow
Resolve customer issues, complaints, amendments, cancellations to orders
Work with courier companies and other cargo services to ensure that customers receive their orders on time
Handle other ad hock operations and customer relation

Qualifications
Relevant university degree, Tourism Management for Operations and Customer Support, Management / Marketing or equivalent for Social Media and Reporting internships
Excellent computer skills, very good working knowledge of Excel for Analysis / Reporting applicants
Good working knowledge of English for all applicants, Arabic is an asset for Operations / Customer Support applicants
Preferably previous internship experience in tourism industry and/or customer facing position or interest in the area
Very good listening and problem solving skills
Sharp, intelligent, responsible team players.
