QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an “Operations Specialist”who will work at our head office in İstanbul, Atasehir with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor degree from equivalent departments,
• Min. 3+ years of hands on experience preferably in relevant business fields of logistic and/or supply chain operations,
• Good understanding of international trade and logistic processes,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Excellent MS Office knowledge,
• Customer oriented, analytical minded, adaptive to multinational culture
• Resident in Anatolian Side,
• No obstacle to travel both domestic and abroad,
• No military service obligation for male candidates.
Job Description
• Execution of transit trade operations,
• Providing support in driving continuous improvement throughout operations,
• Supporting the Operations Manager in defining, scoping, co-ordinating and driving supply chain and operational projects,
• Being a point of checking to ensure supplier invoices are correctly in line with contracts,
• Following-up ordering activities and procedures.
