JOB DESCRIPTION
Team Leader
Reporting to Operations Director
· Identifying the Priority of the daily workload or client/Customer complaints if any.
· Representing Assistance Department in Claims handling meetings and/or client meetings as decision maker.
· Responsible for the Daily performance and management of the Assistance team
· Responsible for Preparing work schedule of the Assistance team
· Responsible for the assignment of work to the related team member
· Responsible for supervising more complicated cases like RPT
· Responsible for Training of the newcomers
· Responsible for the Job interview of the new candidates, with Operations Director
· Responsible for the management all assistance Cases
· Responsible for the management of IT and telecommunications of the Assistance Team.
