Who We Are?
Marm Assistance was founded in 1986 to provide medical, technical, travel and legal assistance services for foreign tourists travelling in and to Turkey.
In a short time, we expanded the reach of our operations in light of the needs and wants of our clients. Today we operate in a huge geography including Turkey, European, Balcans, the Middle East and North Africa.
While we offer our solutions to a clientele from various industries, the majority of our partners are comprised of the world’s leading travel insurance and assistance companies from all over the world next to the major car manufacturers/importers operating in Turkey.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or 2-3 years of assistance or operation experience,
- Graduate of reputable universities of related fields
- Having career goal in Assistance Sector and multinational environment,
- Fluent Speaker of English and/or German (both spoken & written)
- Teamworker, be able to work on shift based hours
- Excellent team player and result oriented approaches
- Excellent case managing, tracking and time management skills
- Problem-solver
- Have customer-oriented approach
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
- Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating daily operations with the assistance / insurance company abroad and service provider in Turkey
- Following up individual and corporate assistance cases
- Reporting in daily case handling processes
- Responding incoming query calls regarding operational actions
- Providing customer service to clients and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Flexible to work within our rotating shifts.
- Team-up with our team in coordinating client`s operational arrangements
- Commit to the department's service standards and KPI’s
- Having good communication with other departments and support on operational processes if needed
