QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Operation Excellence Engineer in our Kocaeli Gebze factory, which it successfully continues its Personal Care and Household Cleaning Products filling and production activities for domestic and foreign companies and has a partnership with the world's leading international company in its sector.

General Qualifications

University degree,

Minimum 2 years of experience in process development, business analysis, business development, project management,

Experience in project management or process development,

Knowledge of results-oriented approach, Lean 6 Sigma methodology, process improvement and Kaizen.

Has regular reporting habits and giving importance to documentation.

Analytical thinking and presentation skills, good command of problem solving methodologies.

Carrying out the works of SQDCP, KAIZEN, PDCA, DMAIC, TPM, 5S.

Advanced level of English

Located in the Gebze Region (Maltepe, Kartal, Pendik, Tuzla, Darıca, Gebze regions and Dilovası, Körfez, Derince, İzmit E5 direction).
