We are seeking for an “Operation Specialist” for our team, providing logistics solutions to our customer portfolio which is getting enlarging rapidly.

Requirements:
Holding a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Preferably experienced in international transportation operations
Fluent in English as a foreign language – also fluency in German is an asset.
Excellent command of MS Office programs
Good at competencies of customer orientation, analytical thinking and communication.
Inclined to team work and adaptable to busy work environment
No military obligation for male candidates
Residency in Istanbul preferably in European Side
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To manage transportation, order & vendor & carrier operations.
- To provide operational solutions as per agreed service levels.
- To provide continous information flow by timely and accurate data entry.
- To provide seamless process through timely and accurate documentation of shipments
- To manage expense control, accurate invoicing and reporting
