We are looking for a "Operation Supervisor" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in civil
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant fields,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related job fields
• Advanced knowledge of Excel,
• Advanced level of English,
• ERP usage experience (Micro and SAP preferably)
• Inclined to team work and result oriented,
• Strong communication skills and analytical thinking,
• For the male candidates, they has to be completed their military service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Managing relations with financial advisor
• Cost management, collection of expenses incurred within the company and forwarding to SMMM
• Managing all processes related to import, customs clearance, storage and delivery of final shipments to customers by working closely with 3rd party logistics or service provider partners.
• Sending a transfer list to the finance department on a daily basis, preparing the instructions for all transfers and tracking the transfers from the banks, registry the payments in the system and following the approval process.
• Making system entries during import,
• Supplier management
• Making monthly reports and ensuring that archival studies carried out regularly.
