Knowledge And Skills

- Bachelor's Degree of Engineering(Preferably Industrial Engineering).
|
- Min. 1 or 2 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or Data Analysis.
|
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes, tools and approaches.
|
- Very good knowledge on MS Office Applications.
|
- Preferably experienced in project management.
|
- Have an analytical thinking and presentation skills, good command of problem solving methodologies.
|
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked , global and dynamic environment.
|
|
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Job Description
|
- Preparing production performance reports by using system data weekly and monthly basis.
|
- Manage , control and collet data from related departments and systems for OpEx KPIs' and Balance Score Card.
|
- Responsible for montly basis Balance Score Card publishing to management team.
|
- Follow the trends to create comparative data based on process types ( machine types / shifts/ operators).
|
- Highlight increasing and decreasing trends of performance and productivity by pointing out the reason based on past data.
|
- Report the reasons of decreases based on past data and other related systems .
|
- Predict machine performance levels “OEE” by analyzing the upcoming production demands by using trends she\he get from her\his studies .
