QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Global Kapital Group was established 2010 and has grown in a mere 11 years to a global financial services company, with offices currently across 18-countries and a total workforce of over 2.000 people.
This role will work for the global brokerage business line of Global Kapital Group.
We are currently looking for talented graduate candidates to join Global Kapital Group as an Operational Services Specialist in the Operation Department, Operational Services Unit.
The successful candidates should possess strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic and excellent team working skills.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from related departments such as Business, Finance, Economics, Math or related quantitative studies,
- Interested in a career in foreign exchange and financial markets,
- Strong analytical and mathematical abilities,
- Excellent attention to details,
- Problem solving oriented,
- Good command of English language,
- At least 2 years of experience in a related sector,
- Experience in financial markets, foreign exchange, stock exchange and other financial instruments,
- Knowledge of Meta Trader, Bloomberg, similar trading tools is a plus.
Job Description:
- Management of financial instruments offered by the company,
- Providing information about financial instruments within the department and foreign branches,
- Handling queries and requests from the clients and foreign branches via ticket portal and emails in a timely manner and with best service quality,
- Reporting to the team leader or managers,
- Identifying the problems of service processes and generate solutions,
- Following up on the developments, projects, problems, or queries from the clients,
- Ensuring that all workflows are processed in line with the policy and procedures of the Company.
