JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Operations Manager for our company in the service sector for management of all operational processes.
The position is a first/second line manager to the General Manager having strategical management responsibilities.
- Monitor day to day business performance together with line managers and budget targets,
- To monitor & coordinate the effectiveness and efficiency of the whole operations and ensure flawless and fast coordination with support functions,
- Determination of capacity management,
- Monitor the overall capacity compared with regularly released customer service figures, alert with major discrepencies,
- Monitor headcount planning and investments are realized in the best way, respecting timing schedules and budget,
- General administrative activities (Maintaining and managing of tracking lists, status reports and overviews) If necessary, an information exchange in detailed questions,
- Data collection for new technologies and processes to benchmark in the sector according to procedure,
- Onsite Support plants during new project launches if necessary and during project transfers,
- The position requires orchestration of services to have them available on time,
- Manage a sufficient quantity of partners to ensure an uninterrupted operations flow,
- Create, monitor, develop a set of KPI's and metrics to assess and improve performance,
- Continuously look for optimization, opportunities in planning and operations,
- Respond to all customer needs at their satisfaction,
- To ensure management and coordination of operations in multi customer environment with in committed conditions, projected time and cost and in conformity with quality standards,
- To represent the company in the facility under his/her responsibility and conduct commercial and operational communication.
- To take necessary actions for any cost saving opportunities,
- To drive changes with continuous improvement of projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or above in related fields,
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational managment, preferably in service sector,
- Experience in building structure for excellence of operations and planning,
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness,
- Efficient, productive and analytical approach with strong attention to detail,
- Ability to continuously re-prioritize and adapt to change,
- Driven leadership who approaches things with a sense of urgency,
- Ability to think critically, strategically and work in a growth focused and fast-paced environment,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in English,
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy & integrity while completing tasks in a timely manner,
- Capability of being multi-tasking and having time management skills,
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with result-oriented approach.
