Job Description
- Ensures fluent and flowless operation of Production, Logistic and Quality departments
- Providing support and advice on the critical points of the daily operation to achieve company targets and key performance indicators.
- Customer interface.
- People management in line with the company strategy. Responsible for maintaining and increasing the efficiency of the business and organization.
- Responsibility, during launching phase, to set up the operational efficiency and to maintain it/increase it after SOP phase
- Support and advice on strategic operational processes
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
- Implement and monitor operational objectives in all related departments
- Co-responsibility for the human power/resources indicator according to the company strategy
- Manage timely data collection to update operations indicators to achieve productivity targets, and deliver excellent customer service
- Work closely with legal and safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant
- Oversee material and inventory management
- To report to upper management and provide timely and precise data
- Have experience in the automotive industry and radiators.
