Job Description

• Ensures fluent and flowless operation of Production, Logistic and Quality departments
• Providing support and advice on the critical points of the daily operation to achieve company targets and key performance indicators.
• Customer interface.
• People management in line with the company strategy. Responsible for maintaining and increasing the efficiency of the business and organization.
• Responsibility, during launching phase, to set up the operational efficiency and to maintain it/increase it after SOP phase
• Support and advice on strategic operational processes
• Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
• Implement and monitor operational objectives in all related departments
• Co-responsibility for the human power/resources indicator according to the company strategy
• Manage timely data collection to update operations indicators to achieve productivity targets, and deliver excellent customer service
• Work closely with legal and safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant
• Oversee material and inventory management
• To report to upper management and provide timely and precise data
• Have experience in the automotive industry and radiators.
