Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from related departments,
- 3-5 years of operations experience,
- Upper intermediate in English both written and oral, as well as Microsoft Office programs
- Multi-tasking team member and advanced follow-up skills desired
- Analytical thinking and problem solving ability
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Closely monitoring the Electirical battery, service and insurance operations in accordance with the regulations
- Providing the communications between the third parties as such service providers, insurance companies etc
- Regularly informing the related departments, on time updates are crucial
- Planning and executing the operations in line with the customer and service needs
- Data entrance, collection, archieving and follow-up of the customer contracts for the provided services
- Reviewing customers demands and run the approval process
- Preparing price proposals for the customers in cooridination with the related departments
- Control and data entrance of the invoices
- Preparing the related reports and documents
