QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- High school graduation, minimum primary school
- Good listening and understanding skills
- Experience in the same role for at least 2 years
- Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-based environment.
- Manages multiple tasks and priorities
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation for sowing and supporting sowing seeds for breeding trails under the supervisions of Breeding specialist
- Preparation of greenhouse and Open field for transplanting
- To plant the seedlings to greenhouse or open field with supervision of technician
- Pollination of the plants
- Hybridization and self-pollination of the selected plants
- Support the Breeding groups to get high quality seedlings on time
- Control the harvesting and Seed extraction
- Support breeding Groups during plant selection in the nursery for the marker results
- To hand the plants to the wire, twisting and pruning, spraying and pollination after the transplanting.
- Harvesting and Seed extraction.
- To clean out the greenhouse at the end of the trail and preparation for Next season.
- Control the ES&H and Phyto sanitation roles and provide feedback to the colleagues
