Koç University will be hiring an Organizational Development Manager with the below mentioned qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or other related area
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, Talent, Learning and Development Management and HRIS systems
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team management
- Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy
- Flexible with ability to manage uncertainty, to cope with stress and conflicts.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work-environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English
- Clear in communicating procedures
- Capable of thinking out of the box
- Improved negotiation skills and ability of persuasion
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information conforming national and organizational rules and regulations
Technical Knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and data management (advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must)
- Proficiency in SAP HR module
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficiency in detailed and informative presentation skills
- Knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
- Experience in process development and ability to simplify current methods
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing, controlling and keeping the annual compensation programs updated including salary planning, reward and benefits
- Keeping compensation and benefits policies up-to-date
- Monitoring emerging trends and aligning current system
- Reviewing job descriptions, grading systems and titles
- Managing and monitoring annual performance management process
- Establishing and evolving strategies and framework for learning and development processes
- Managing and following annual headcount planning processes
- Conducting, analyzing and reporting employee engagement and HR satisfaction surveys
- Preparing and performing in-depth and detailed reports for all related activities across the organization
- Preparing, monitoring and reporting the budget incidental to Organizational Development function
- Improving all related HR activities, systems and processes
