RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the development and execution of a cultural and procedural change initiatives in support of the migration from MS AXAPTA to ORACLE for the organization
  • Develop and execute communication strategies: Lead the development and execution of communication strategies and plans
  • Develop and execute training program: Analyze training needs, develop an ORACLE training curriculum for project team members and end users, and lead the development and execution of virtual and instructor led training programs
  • Change Management: Develop and execute a change management strategy and plan. Create a change agent network inside the organization. Conduct stakeholder analyses, assess change readiness, conduct change impact assessments and apply methods for addressing resistance to change
  • Communication: Develop and execute a communication strategy and plan. Write, distribute and reinforce project communications and develop and monitor appropriate feedback mechanisms pre-and post-go-live
  • Training: Develop and execute a teaching and learning plan. Conduct training needs analyses, develop course curriculums, implement a train the trainer program
  • Leadership: Establish and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors, key stakeholders, internal and external customers, peers and project team members
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder expectations. Effectively engage key stakeholders as sponsors of change
  • Success Measurement: Establish measures to assess the effectiveness of project communications and training efforts, and identify metrics to assess user readiness, change adoption and realization of goals
  • Analyzing what has been done and not done
  • Controlling the processes and identifying the weak points
  • Developing strategies for overcoming obstacles and weak points
  • Managing and measuring the execution of digital adoption programs
  • Supporting organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Coordinating efforts with other specialists
