We are looking for a new Sales Assistant Manager - Fleet to join us. Would you like to be a part of our team?

So, what responsibilities does the Sales Assistant Manager - Fleet take on at Otokoç Automotive?


  • To ensure the monthly realization of the annual number, turnover, and profitability targets on the basis of branches in line with company policies and targets.
  • To guide the Fleet Sales personnel in the branches in determining the monthly targets, customer visit programs, and activities, follow the business results, support local sales, and participate in the tenders together.
  • To establish that the Fleet Sales personnel work in coordination with the Service Departments. Ensuring that the collections of the vehicles sold are made in a timely and complete manner
  • To gain new fleet customers by evaluating the data obtained from internal and external sources. To ensure that all information about customers is kept up-to-date in the database.
  • To ensure that the communication is constantly alive by organizing periodic visits to the institutions and organizations that are seen as potential customers according to the fleet sales or vehicle park criteria.
  • To prepare appropriate offers for fleet customers and participate in tenders if the vehicle is to be purchased by tender, effectively preparing the technical specifications designed by the customer in the preliminary stage in favor of both parties.
  • To ensure delivery of the vehicle by coordinating with the F/O for the procurement of the vehicle requests received. To coordinate with bodybuilder manufacturers about the custom-made vehicles.


What are the Required Qualifications?

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields from a reputable university
  • Preferably experienced in the automotive industry, retail sales.
  • At least 3 years of management experience in sales, operation or planning departments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
  • Driving license is a must
