QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualification
1. At least Bachelor degree. Major in Electrical Engineering, Instrument Science, Automation Science or Mechanical and Electrical engineering.
2. At least five years’ work experiences of maintenance, design, manufacturing and optimization of Electrical engineering, control system and machinery in the factory, preferred in the fields of chemical fiber or chemical related
3. Excellent capability of optimize the control system and machinery to enhance efficiency, quality and improve process and safety; designing and drawing the electrical system from high-voltage cabinet to low-voltage switchgear.
4. Be proficient with control principle of pressure, flow, temperature, speed, torque, tension, liquid level, synchronization, and so on. Be familiar with frequency converter, various motors and pumps, heaters, chillers and hydraulic press system. Be Proficient in fault analysis and debugging, documentary management and planned maintenance of electrical engineering and control system.
5. Be proficient in electrical and control drawing/scheme software of AutoCad, Protel and etc. Be Proficient in programming Language of C/C++/VB, and can develop independently control systems and panels of PLC (programmable logic controller) and DCS (Distributed control system) meeting the process requirement.
6. Familiar with HSE (health, Safety and Environment) policy and execution.
7. Hard-working, Integrity, Honest, Dedicated, good at thinking. Strong ability of communication and coordination, and good leadership in the factory.
Job Description
1. In charge of the Electrical engineering and Control system profiles and participate in the construction of composite material production line, equipment installation and debugging, and so on.
2. Designs and develop control systems and panels, and continuously improve, update to improve according to the requirements of the process engineer and production team, and soliciting observations from operators.
3. Keeps all electrical and control systems of the factory in good conditions by scheduled maintenance; following manufacturer’s instructions and established standard operation procedures. Make annual and monthly maintenance plans and implement them, spare parts and documentary management, and achieve the season and annual target operation rate of lines.
4. Coordinate and support the production team and make the production in good order, and achieve the annual target of yield, quality and cost together with the whole team. Keep on learning to be enhance professional level, and train and supervise the electrical technicians.
5. Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests. Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations. Ensuring the whole electrical and control system comply with safety and quality standards and performing risk assessments.
6. Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee. Devote the whole of his time and attention to the business of the Company, use his best endeavors to promote the interests of the Company, and comply with all lawful instructions given to him by the Company or any of its duly authorized representatives.
