QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

DEVA is seeking for an Out-Licensing Manager;
- Bachelor’s degree from Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy, Science or related Engineering faculties.
- An MBA or any other Management Master’s degree would be an asset
- Relevant experience of 8 years in International Sales or Business Development areas of Pharma Industry
- Team management experience is a must
- Excellent command of English; additional foreign language would be an asset
- Excellent Project Management and follow-up skills
- Strong reporting and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management & multi-tasking skills
- Competent in MS Office applications
- Competent in Teamwork
- Positive thinker with sales & result oriented mindset
- No restrictions for frequent travelling
- Military Service must be completed for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing the Out-Licensing Team: Supervising the Out-License Ass. Managers/Chiefs and Specialists
- Executing market research and intelligence to discover potential opportunities for Out-Licensing in the assigned international territory
- Visiting markets and explore potentials for the business while presenting the company & company potentials
- Attending international events for network management
