QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Continuing their education in engineering or FEAS departments of their universities,
- Interested in CRM, campaign management, marketing and operations on the e-commerce side,
- Interested in digital marketing, Google applications (ads, analytics, Seo),
- Able to work in a dynamic structure, customer-oriented, able to communicate effectively, have an analytical perspective and result-oriented,
- Good knowledge of Excel, with good command of reporting and analysis tools,
- Following closely the innovations in e-commerce and digital world.
Job Description:
- Supporting the management of customer acquisition, campaign design, sales and operation processes in the website and related marketplace stores,
- Making campaigns to increase sales and following the results,
- Managing the acquisition of new members, improving the customer experience within the site and coordinating the necessary projects,
- Following innovations in e-commerce applications, researching benchmarks, developing suggestions and solutions for improving processes,
- Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports and analyzes on the basis of product/category/campaign,
- Preparation and measurement of analysis and reports via Google Adwords, Google analytics,
- Traffic analysis of online channels and preparation of action plan,
- Researching omnichannel business models, providing suggestions and solutions,
- Following end-to-end product, stock, shipment processes.
