Then come and join our global team as Part-Time Project Commercial Specialist to contribute In-vivo Project Commercial Management Process by ensuring flawless operation as a member of Project Commercial team


Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Perform commercial, administrative and financial duties relating to equipment sales in-vivo business

• Responsible from all commercial operations regarding project realization

• Analyzing and interpreting contract conditions

• Coordinate commercial process with Sales & Marketing, Project Management and AC&CO departments

• Ad-hoc financial and budget reporting

• Responsible for managing operations for customer accounts in terms of cash collection

• Being a team member for SAP related IT projects

Your qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering Field

• Good level of knowledge in MS Office Applications, SAP

• Knowledge on compliance, commercial, management and communication methods

• Analytical thinking, problem solving and good communication skills

• Excellent command of English (German will be an asset)
