QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
We are looking for Student in mechanical engineering students to be placed in our quality department.
Qualifications
Supporting BuP2/QMM1 functions in daily business tasks such as:
- Communication with end-customer and / or internal customers related with plan to plant deliveries in case of any claim or quality notification,
- Coordination and handling of internal and external customer claims within Rexroth Bursa Plant,
- Supporting manufacturing section in handling of internal technical failures,
- -aking role in problem solving team and/or leading problem solving team in case of any customer complaint and/or internal quality problem,
- Ensuring serial production quality assurance activities such as internal process release, part and process approval procedure, engineering changes, concession, product audit and lessons learned activities,
- Supporting manufacturing section for any quality related topics by participating daily Point CIP and Q-Table meeting and performing Q-oriented process confirmation,
- Taking role as representative of product quality section in project team of any project such as insourcing, outsourcing, transfer and new product projects,
- Performing process audits and following up implementation status of the actions defined in the audited section (as lead/co-process auditor),
- Resident of Bursa min. 3 days of the week.
