What are my responsibilities?

• Handling of User Registration Process in Online Payment Platform. Providing back office support upon user requests.
• Tracking of Daily Payments as well as completion of Bookings on customer accounts.
• Blackine Entries for EUR / TL Payment Conversion as well as Comission Invoices.
• Providing necessary support for Cheque registration process with Garanti Bank
• Follow-up all receivables on daily basis and ensure proper booking on customer accounts
• Handling guarantee letters in TRUST platform

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• 3rd year undergraduate university student in Business Administration, Economics, finance and or/related departments.
• Able to work minimum 3 days remotely and/or in Kartal
• Strong interest in developing his/her skills in commercial and/or finance related areas
• Good command of English.
• To be familiar with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook will be an asset.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Flexible and good team player
• Result orientation with strong analytical thinking.
