QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
For our Digital Industries, We are looking for Part Time Working Students (Order Management WH- Logistics)!
What are my responsibilities?
- Creation of Purchase Orders for Transport & WH consumables such as pallets, carton boxes, filling materials)
- Follow up of Orders
- Daily Customer complaint solutions
- Close contact with customer WH and purchasing dept.
- Organization of daily departures of transports from Kartal and Sales warehouse.
- Organization of daily non-standard transports.
- Reclamation via RECO Tool
- Damaged materials return and service organizations
- Goods Receipt in local warehouse
What do I need to qualify for this job?
· University student in Logistics, Finance or related area
· Able to work 3-4 days within the week.
· Fluent English both written and verbal, German will be plus
· Excellent usage of MS office programmes
· Excellent customer understanding, communication and interpersonal skills
