Patient Record Technician - Call Center Agent İş İlanı

GENEL NİTELİKLER

Prepare patient notes regarding the procedures and orders from clinician

Upload the documents to the patient charts

Monitor the vitals and patient-clinician correspondences

Call the eligible patients to enroll a new program.

Patients are residing in USA, calls need to be between 6:00pm - 12:00am Turkish time.

This position needs fluent English and good communication skills.
