Turkeyana Clinic is looking for Patient Relations Specialist who will join young, dynamic and international team of Turkeyana Clinic in Istanbul.

Requirements

University graduated or undergraduate,

Advanced level of Turkish, English, French, Spanish, Italian or Arabic language.

Proven experience in sales,

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients,

Advanced negotiation and communication skills,

Minimum 1 year demonstrated experience in Patient Relations, Guest Relations, customer service, or health care role in a health care sector

Ability to display active listening and verbalize empathy while developing relationships with patients, guests, and coworkers,

Ability to communicate with patients in a confidential, professional manner using tact and diplomacy,

Ability to be highly motivated and pay attention to details with a passion to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

1.Pass the required information clearly to the patients about medical tourism.

2.Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. Assisting patients during their visit to the Clinic.

3. Interpret oral conversations between patients and hospital staff.

4.Passing the required information clearly to the patients about their treatment and ensuring that the patient is informed about the whole process.

5.Being in contact with the necessary staff and units to solve the problems related to the treatment processes of the patients.

6.Register the file of every patient before every operation or any kind of Test or Analysis.

7. Receive patients at the entrance of the clinic

8. Help the clients for doing tests (PCR test, blood analysis, X ray, anesthetist, heart test)

9. Assist the Doctors in the cabin with the patients before the operation or after control.

10. Requesting a driver for patient transfers.

11. Coordinating with the entire team of translators

12. Helping the patients after their operations.

13. Coordinating with the nurses and interpreting the information to the patients (mode of use of the drugs, the instructions of the doctor after the operation

14. Ask the driver to check out the patients and accompany them to the exit of the vehicle at the bottom

15. Passing the Status of patients for the night service

16. Stay up to date on the latest developments in his/her area of work

17. Undertake any other duties assigned by his/her direct manager
