QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Due to growth we are looking for a "payroll specialist" at Randstad Turkey Levent Head Office.
-bachelor degree,
-having an experience in a similar position is an asset,
-good command of English,
- minimum 3 years of experience in personnel administration and payroll, preferably in a multinational company,
-good knowledge and understanding of Labor Law, Social Security (SGK) and related legislations,
-proficiency in MS Office application,
-customer oriented,
-strong analytical and reporting skills
-no military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description:

-being responsible for internal and external payroll administration
-being responsible for periodical reports on payroll matters
-follow up labour law and regulations
