QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

IHI DALGAKIRAN MACHINERY which was established with the partnership of IHI Holding from Japan and DALGAKIRAN Group from Turkey is the first and only Turbo Compressor manufacturer of our country.

We are seeking an innovative marketing engineer to support our marketing department. You will be contributing your technical expertise to the development of our marketing materials, assist with marketing campaigns and launches, and provide sales staff and clients with technical support and market research.

To be assigned as a Marketing Product Executive at our company’s Kocaeli / Dilovası location;

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Machinery, Industrial engineering, Electric or related,
  • At least 2 years experience as a marketing engineer in a related industry,
  • Extensive knowledge of market research,
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills,
  • Great negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills,
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills,
  • Excellent analytical skills,
  • Residing in Istanbul-Anatolian (Tuzla to Ümraniye) side or Kocaeli (İzmit, Derince, Körfez, Dilovası, Gebze, Çayırova) or willing to relocate.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Preparation of regular reports and analyzes followed by the marketing department,
  • Execution and development of the requirements of the marketing activity by blending them with technical information,
  • Updating and categorizing the product portfolio, organizing the catalogs containing the technical specifications of the products and organizing customer presentations by working in coordination with the After-Sales Services and R&D departments,
  • Taking part in the new product process, following the process, measuring it and contributing to its continuous development,
  • Determining the needs of the sector and customers, and accordingly providing support for planning in accordance with company sales strategies,
  • To make market, customer and competitor analyzes and to carry out studies to increase competitiveness,
  • Conducting market research, participating in fairs and other commercial events for this purpose,
  • To create new sales channels in target markets in accordance with the company strategy and principles,
  • Documenting processes and compiling user manuals for the marketing team and clients,
  • Providing training to sales engineers by informing them about new products and competitor products, keeping their information up to date,
  • Ability to gather and analysis market data from various internal and external databases and sources,
  • Demonstrated analytical success, with capacity for developing and strategy,
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills,
  • Strong customer orientation,
  • Conducting high quality research and analysis.
