Now, we are seeking a Customer Analytics Specialist to join our team!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Be the analytical partner for the key stakeholders in other departments (CRM, Marketing, as well as Senior Executives), promoting data-driven decision making, and also providing ad hoc information and insights.
  • Utilize data for segmentation, audience creation, targeting, and personalization
  • Understand our customers and their behaviors to increase engagement, build stronger relationships and improve revenue and profitability
  • Determine target customer groups for CRM Campaigns (retail, e-commerce) based on customer data to optimize return rates,
  • Create and plan CRM campaigns and customer journeys with other team members following the strategy
  • Perform A/B tests for elements of campaigns and communications
  • Follow up the success and performance of campaigns on a periodical basis
  • Create weekly/monthly reports for the team in addition to creating documentation and presentations for regular reviews.
  • Participate in CRM-related projects and implementations.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor Degree in related fields, master degree is a plus.
  • Work experience in marketing analytics, data analytics is a plus.
  • Passion for learning, investigating and data-driven decision making that shapes a holistic view of our business with consideration for all aspects of the customer experience and customer service.
  • Experience in data analysis and with one or more statistical software languages/applications (SAS, SQL etc) is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
  • Experience in structuring data to test hypotheses and develop key insights for marketing and external stakeholders is a plus.
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to non-technical business people, both written and orally.
  • Ability to see the "big picture", evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritize among many requests.
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
