Performance Management and Reward Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Management and Reward Specialist to take part in Şişecam located in Tuzla / Istanbul

· Bachelor’s degree with Engineering or Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences departments

· At least 4 years of experience in relevant role

· Experienced and developed in recognition, appreciation and rewarding processes

· Good verbal and written communication skills in English

· Strong analytical direction

· Proficiency in MS Excel

· SuccessFactors – Knowledge of PMGM Module

Job Description

· Support the creation of performance management and rewarding strategies, policies and procedures and update them when necessary

· Creation of performance management system processes and rule sets, establishment, and follow-up of the necessary technical and application infrastructure

· Goal setting, Mid year evaluation, year-end performance evaluation and calibration by providing coordination with HR business partners and competency in the period of the process to be performed in accordance with the schedule and in accordance with the rules, conditions and results reporting process

· Implementation and follow-up of continuous feedback and coaching mechanism

· Monitoring the efficiency of the performance system within the company and revising it in accordance with the needs

· Design and coordinate rule sets related to work on recognition and appreciation practices.

· Execution of seniority incentive processes

· Planning and implementing a proposal development system, as well as designing and conducting system work

· Following, analysis and reporting of performance management and reward unit metrics
