Job Description
· Designing Individual Performance Management Process and IT System,
· Leading Individual Performance Management Project roll-out in all international countries and planning communication strategy
· Executing performance management cycle annually and conducting 360 Degree Evaluations, employee surveys
· Following up developments and improving Performance Management System
· Integrating Individual Performance System with related HR processes,
· Setting up process flows, KPIs and targets for performance management
· Working actively in HR projects for employee experience
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of executive experience in performance management,
· Graduating from the relevant Engineering and Administrative Sciences departments of universities,
· Good command of English and able to communicate actively both written / spoken,
· Strong analytical, strategic perspective,
· Result-oriented, problem-solving and communication skills developed,
· Strong in follow-up, reporting and presentation,
· SAP/SuccessFactor experience is an asset
