We are looking for a Performance Management Specialist to take part in Sisecam Headquarters - Glassware Performance Management team located in Tuzla/ Istanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Deep understanding of ERP, CRM and other reporting tools & softwares (e.g. SAP modules, Salesforce)
  • Have an understanding of emerging technologies in the context of sales and marketing (e.g. CPQ)
  • Experienced in using with CPM (Corporate Performance Management) analytics tool
  • Good command of English
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills and a good team player
  • No restrictions to travel in and abroad

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Gathering operational/financial data from regions and product management
  • Responsible for requesting explanations if needed and questioning inconsistencies between the data and explanations to generate insights
  • Assisting in tracking and communicating performance/KPIs and budget (marketing,sales etc.) of regions, products, customers/segments and sales channels
  • Assisting in creating and communicating customer based sales performance report and evaluating customers based on their sales performance and risk profiles
  • Giving support to the preparation of sales forecast and monitoring realization levels vs forecasts
  • Assisting in developing and creating bonus/incentive plans for commercial teams with commercial upper level management roles to serve to HR and commercial management
  • Supporting in defining, monitoring and controlling business partners' bonus/incentive plans and performance data with commercial upper level management roles to serve commercial management
  • Gathering internal and external NPS results to evaluate and create reports, communicates with the commercial strategy regarding the requested analysis and briefs them on the improvement areas resulted from the NPS analysis
