QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a collaborative, passionate and visionary personal assistant to join our client’s growing team. Our client is an exciting fin-tech start-up based in the UK. The position will be based in their Ankara office and is offering a competitive salary depending on experience along with exceptional benefits. You'll own a scope that includes:
- Acting as a first point of contact for the CEO: dealing with emails and phone calls
- Managing diaries, organising meetings and appointments for the CEO and the wider executive team
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for the CEO and the wider executive team
- Organising events for the team in Ankara
- Reminding the CEO and the wider exec team of important tasks and deadlines
- Liaising with staff, the suppliers and clients
- Liaising with the board
- Collating and filing expenses
- Miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO
What we’re looking for in you:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Experience working as a personal assistant in a previous role
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Discretion and trustworthiness (you will often be party to confidential information)
