And now we are looking for a“Planning Engineer”with the following qualifications to be assigned to the production facility in Turkey.

Desired Skills and Experience:

· University Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Departments

· Min. 3 years of experience in production and capacity planning in manufacturing industries with mass production

· Excellent command in spoken and written English

· Good knowledge of MS Office and MRP.

· Advanced communication (both written and verbal) and teamwork skills,

· Good skills for problem solving and focused on continuous improvement across all areas,

· Good negotiation and problem-solving skills,

· Well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced operation environment,

· No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description:

· Checking the order confirmations

· To prepare production plans that will evaluate production resources (labor, material, machinery, etc.) in the most efficient way according to the customer's orders,

· Evaluating the daily-weekly-monthly production results and preparing the necessary reports,

· To analyze the capacity needs and to determine the investment and workforce needs.

· To apply forecast methods,

· Optimizing product flows,

· Working in coordination with the Production and Quality departments,

· Ensuring integration from material planning to shipment,

· Ensuring the supply of raw materials and materials in communication with the suppliers in line with the production plans,
