Natural clinic is seeking a talented planning expert who will join our dynamic and international team in Istanbul.
Qualification:
Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good in communication skills,
- Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness,
- Oral and written communication skills
- Complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Bachelor degree in business and management or related field
- Analytical thinker and prone to teamwork, High communication skills
- Fluent in English, Arabic and Turkish languages
Job description:
- Provide the necessary coordination for incoming customer orders to be produced on time, completely and in accordance with all legal and company requirements,
- Organizing the customer data entered by the customer service staff, arranging them accurately, and ensuring their validity.
- Follow-up of customer planes until their arrival and follow up until they are received by the company's representatives at the airport.
- Communicate with the coordinators in the hospital to organize the clients' appointments based on the medical work and the timing of the patient's arrival.
- Follow up on customers until they are picked up from their place of residence by drivers at the correct time.
- Accurate follow-up of daily events at work, solving problems, and answering questions from customer service staff, doctors and coordinators in the hospital.
- Making daily reports about all the operations
- Monitoring and training the team
