We are looking for an "Planning and Method Specialist" to be assigned within the Engineering and Technology department to achieve greater things together.
General Qualifications:
• Graduated from Universities, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering departments.
• Preferably shelving (Market equipment and warehouse racking systems), cooling, air conditioning, machinery industry or other metal forming
• To have at least 3 years of experience in the production functions of the sectors.
• To have knowledge of materials, metal forming and manufacturing technologies.
• Experienced and knowledgeable in the use and operation of the ERP system.
• Has the ability to read and analyze technical drawings.
• To be able to use MS Office programs effectively.
• Having experience in team management.
• Ability to prioritize multiple business tasks.
• To be able to work inquisitively, carefully and result-oriented.
• Being knowledgeable about problem solving techniques and thinking analytically.
• To have strong communication skills and to be prone to teamwork.
• For male candidates, to have completed military service
• Min. to have an intermediate level of English.
Job description:
• Creating the stock codes of the products requested from the sales department and performing the recipe-route work on the ERP for these codes.
• To keep the product tree, route and production instructions up-to-date on the ERP system.
• Product/semi-finished product production planning and control in order to produce customer orders with high efficiency and to meet the orders at the right time and in the right amount.
• Making production planning studies over ERP, based on ensuring high efficiency and productivity of production lines in the best way and with minimum waste rates.
• Carrying out process improvement activities in order to reduce wastage rates by evaluating the waste analysis in production.
• Analyzing and reporting the situations that go out of the plan by checking the realized production results.
• Preparing the necessary raw material and material procurement plans via ERP in order not to interrupt the production, taking measures to keep the finished and semi-finished product stocks at the optimum level.
• Ensuring the efficient use of resources by periodically conducting work/time and method studies.
